Her background spans the full revenue cycle, from charge capture and claims management to denial resolution, reporting, and process optimization. Mandy’s approach is grounded in data, compliance, and operational efficiency, with a focus on creating predictable cash flow and clear financial visibility for medical practices.

Her background includes four years in management, where she led high-volume operations, managed cash flow, enforced internal controls, and supervised teams in fast-paced environments. She later spent two years in banking, working closely with confidential client data, account management, and regulatory compliance.
